It is true that no one knows yourself, the truly real you better than you. But it is still true when we say that sometimes we do not know who we are. And that is because we have lost ourselves. It may also be because we never knew ourselves to even begin with!

The worst mistake you could do, is to not trust your own decisions as people in your lives do not validate your reality. Stop believing that if you do speak up it will still not matter as the people in the authorities will sweep you under the rug, and not protect you. You must understand that you can have very different opinions from other people and still be loved and accepted.

But know that when you make up the decision to have your own opinions, people will try and change that decision. They are almost only there to do so, so they will use two of the best weapons – guilt and shame. And this will make it extremely difficult for you to stick to your decisions. Continue reading

We asked an entrepreneur to define her idea of success, and how it has changed over time, and this is what she told us.

She wakes up every morning at 6 AM sharp and while waiting for her coffee to brew, she likes to celebrate how clean her living room flooring is by doing a yoga pose. It is the popular pose of sun salutation, yet she suggests that she is not much of yoga-fan but still does it anyway as yoga has been torturing her for life.

Then as she tries to argue with herself internally over sugar or no sugar, and finally succumbs to her sweet cravings for her morning coffee. Reaching for the sugar jar in the high shelf she, does the Ashtanga series, which are called as the twisting triangles in English.

Then as she slowly eases into her ordinary workday mood, she sits at the dining table with generously added milk and sugar coffee, which in other words can be called as ice-cream in a cup! She then searches for odd things over the internet, like new fonts for street signs in NYC, strange YouTube Challenge videos of eating burgers blindfolded.
